Strategic planning and execution doesn’t have to be stressful.

Executives from companies around the county share with me that strategic planning and execution can be one of the most frustrating processes because of misalignment, too many ideas, priorities, and lack of execution.

My Approach

We have a proprietary three part solution that takes into consideration planning and execution, as well as accountability to get all parties on the same page.

ASSESS

This includes clarifying goals to provide clear direction, conducting reviews for ongoing assessment, understanding an individual's thinking style to tailor coaching strategies, analyzing behavioral traits to enhance interpersonal dynamics, utilizing a leader's dashboard for data-driven insights, conducting manager interviews to gather input, leveraging 360-degree verbal assessments from peers, subordinates, and superiors, and observing behaviors during meetings to offer specific feedback. These components collectively form a comprehensive approach to enhancing individual performance and leadership effectiveness.

Design

We start by selecting a single new leadership habit to develop and prioritize it in your daily interactions and decisions. Simultaneously, concentrating on improving specific situations and relationships that align with your leadership goals. This may involve enhancing team engagement by fostering a collaborative environment, working on alignment with senior leadership to ensure organizational coherence, or refining your influence skills to have a more significant impact on key stakeholders. By combining targeted habit-building with context-driven improvements, you can steadily enhance your leadership effectiveness.

execute

In the process of monitoring behavioral change and performance improvement, a structured approach is essential. This includes tracking behavioral change through monthly feedback using assessments, monitoring progress toward specific performance goals, and conducting monthly debriefs with both the manager and other program sponsors. Additionally, a comprehensive 360-degree verbal assessment is repeated at the six-month mark to gauge development. Finally, follow-up mechanisms are built in, with a review scheduled 45 days after the program engagement concludes to ensure sustained growth and effectiveness.

VISION

Empowering today's leaders to excel tomorrow by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead effectively in the consumer goods, financial and technology industries.
